My current module with Hardy is “b When I try to connect from Hardy, NetworkManager prompts me to enter the key. Now that you mention it, I have seen the Homeportal unit resetting. Other scenarios where you might want to reset your router is if you’ve forgotten the password or misconfigured it and can’t get access anymore. Can anyone else confirm this specific issue is fixed for them with Intrepid’s final release?

I’m using a HP dvt. It looks like you have the 2wire configured correctly for your isp, the 2wire can’t find the dsl signal and it’s searching the inner and outer pairs for the dsl signal. Sorry to be a jerk, but I really hate to 1000sa the cable or boot into Hoomeportal in order to work at home IntelLinuxWireless has a bug repot that is assigned, but it’s been assigned for a few months My SW trains at kbps on my 7mbit DSL line, but my internet throughput seems to max out at around kbps.

When I attempt to connect to my network, the router goes into an infinite loop of resetting as though I homeportall turned it off and starting back up. I don’t know how to look up the exact chipset, but mine has draft-n capabilities. So Im totally at a loss over here. You can always try the manuals where most questions should be answered from the manufacturer. Red light blinks, etc. It just keeps saying: None, the status of the bug is updated manually. You will homeplrtal need a firmware upgrade to use it with another provider.
I too, would be happy to know of any debugging info I can provide. On my system at least, the bug is fixed, the 2wire router is now doing just fine – and what a relief!
In case you are like me circa a few days ago, and don’t know how to check if you are using b43, you can type 1000ws grep b43″ in a terminal – if nothing shows up, you’re not. I wonder if the firmware could be a problem. Now that you mention it, I have seen the Homeportal unit resetting. Provided the homeprtal bug is really fixed, alpha 10000sw should??

If not I would contact your ISP. I’m thinking the 2wire is broken, as a last test connect the 2wire at the nid. You need to log in to change this bug’s status.
Is there any further info I should post. Without the upgrade sw does not work with qwest dsl service in Seattle.
